Shipping and Returns

Shipping policy

The products are shipped to the address provided by the Client, at the time the order was placed. The shipping time is provided in the order review, before the Client has clicked the button "Place order", and therefore confirmed the order.

Orders will be shipped in 5 – 10 working days. In promotion periods, delivery time may increase with 1 – 2 working days. And in special periods (official holidays, Black Friday) orders will be shipped in 15 working days.

For all orders over 36 euros, shipping is free.

With every order shipped, a sale proof will be provided (invoice).

Return policy

The Client has the right to end the sale contact, without having to give a reason, in conformity with the present legislation, and the principles mentioned bellow.

Our goal is to guaranty the satisfaction of the Client. If, regardless of the reason, you are not satisfied with the order that you have placed, you have the right to return the products, in 30 days from receiving the products, or from when a third party, other that the delivery company, received the order.

The Client will send all the products that are subject to return, to the following address: PAMPAM RETAIL SRL, Bld. Constantin Brancoveanu nr. 15, bl. B17, sc. 1, et. 3, ap. 10, sector 4, Bucharest, CP 041434 with the mention " - Return". The articles bound for return must be sent to the Store, in maximum 30 days from the day the Store was informed of the decision to and the sale contract.

To be able to end the contract, you have to notify the Store at with the subject " - Return", within 30 days from receiving the order.

Terms and conditions of return

The right to return a product is considered correct after the following conditions have been met:

  • the return application was send directly through email at;
  • the products were not used, worn or washed;
  • the returned products must be in their original packaging;
  • the products subject to return must be sent to the Store within 30 days from informing the Store that you want to end the sale contract ;

Faulty products

In case of faulty products, please contact us at, and let us know more details regarding the products and the damages.

Once we receive the faulty product, we will examine it and send you an email notifying you regarding the right to a payment refund or replacing the product. A payment refund or replacing a product will be made in 14 days from receiving the complaint.

In case the product is faulty, they will be reimbursed in totality and return is free.

Return time and procedure

After receives the returned products, and verifies that they fulfill all the requirement, you will receive an email informing you if the returned products have been accepted. The refund procedure will begin in 14 days from when confirms that the return was made in conformity with the requirements above.
